Hispanic Center, Child Trends submit comment on proposed replacement of Flores settlement
The Center and Child Trends responded to a request for public comment on new rules proposed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to replace the Flores settlement, regarding the apprehension, processing, care, custody, and release of unauthorized immigrant minors in custody.
