Hispanic Families’ Experiences of Child Care Closures During COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruptions in child care across the country. The National Research Center on Hispanic Children & Families (the Center) presents a webinar recording discussing Latino families’ experiences with COVID-19 related child care closures and disruptions. Emma Lee, Dr. Zach Parolin, and Dr. Kevin Ferreira van Leer share their research on Hispanic families’ experiences of child care disruptions and closures before and during the pandemic, and the implications for parents’ employment.
